Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given for cancellations made five(5) or more days prior to your scheduled tour, minus a $10 per reservation administrative fee. To change your tour time or reschedule to a different date you must provide us five (5) days advance notice by calling customer service at 413-339-6617. We charge a $10 administrative fee per reservation any time you make a change to your reservation, including a cancellation. If you do not cancel or reschedule in advance within the above specified time frame, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled tour / time, your credit card will be charged the full amount for each guest you reserved on your tour.
Trip Insurance may be purchased at the time your reservation is made. This insurance allows you the opportunity to make one(1) change or cancellation to your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your tour time. Trip Insurance can only be purchased at the time your reservation is made and must be purchased for everyone in the group. Trip Insurance is not necessary if you are making your reservation less than 24 hours before your tour time. If you choose not to purchase Trip Insurance, our standard Cancellation Policy applies. Trip insurance costs $10 per person and is non-refundable. Once you make any change to your reservation, the insurance is voided for everyone under your reservation.
